Prim, the founder of Ve Gang (also the creator of Plantiful) told us – “The idea behind this brand is that I want to create something more accessible (both in terms of pricing and taste – catered towards Thai dishes)! I feel that salads and western dishes aren’t for everyone and a lot of people still find it hard to eat for beginners.”
