From the creators of ‘Vistro’ comes ‘Vizza’!

จากผู้สร้างแบรนด์ “Vistro” และตอนนี้กำลังมีน้องใหม่คือ “Vizza”!

Vistro, a 100% vegan restaurant opened just under a year ago, and has been wildly successful. With perfectly presented sushi burritos, burgers, chocolates, fish tacos, salads, cakes, sandwiches, doughnuts and smoothie bowls on the menu, it’s no wonder their instagram feed is the stuff that dreams are made of.

So when we heard that the Vistro team will soon be opening a pizzeria, we couldn’t help but do a little celebration dance.

Vizza will be Bangkok’s first 100% plant based pizzeria. Along with the hand-crafted plant pizzas, Vizza will also be selling scrumptious salads.

“We will be making some of our own cheeses such as vegan mozzarella and truffle cheese.”

Vistro’s founder Harsha Sethi told Root The Future in an exclusive interview that Vizza will be “staying true to our style. We like to mix elements and blend cultures together in our food and we will be doing the same with our pizzas. You can expect traditional and non traditional pizzas.“We will be making some of our own cheeses such as vegan mozzarella and truffle cheese.” Harsha told us that they are striving to make plant based food abundant in Bangkok. “It is our passion to provide vegan pleasures such as a slice of pizza.”

Vizza is set to open mid-June this year.

It’s 2020 and us plant eaters are being seriously spoiled for choice. The problem is no longer, ‘But they won’t have anything plant based on the menu’, but rather now, it’s, ‘I’m never going to be able to choose from all of these options!’ We found that the easiest option is to order it all! (Just be sure to eat your leftovers! No one likes a food waster!)
