What Is The Running Club?

Running is a form of passive activism and an opportunity to raise awareness. We can spread the word about climate change and climate action simply by running with a message! Your body is your canvas for raising awareness! Whether you want to spread the word about climate change, promote climate solutions or simply show off your plant-power in the name of promoting a healthy, sustainable and cruelty-free plant-based lifestyle, the ‘Run The Future’ running club is your way to get fit, meet like-minded people and change the world!

When and Where Is The Running Club?

The Running Club will be held once a week, and we will primarily run around one or more of Bangkok’s green spaces. However, times, dates and location may change, so please see the Running Club Group for more details each week.

What Is Plant-Based Food?

Plant-Based food is food that is made entirely from plants. Plant-based food is completely free of all animal products including dairy, egg, fish, meat, honey or any animal derived ingredients such as gelatine. Researchers at the University of Oxford found that cutting meat and dairy products from your diet could reduce an individual’s carbon footprint from food by up to 73%!
