Plant protein is actually much healthier than animal based protein and it is very easy to get your daily intake of protein via plants. After all, that’s how big, strong animals like gorillas, elephants and rhinos get their protein! High protein plant foods include tempeh, tofu, peas, soy beans, lentils, black beans and oats.

The majority of people around the world (including vegans and vegetarians) are actually in excess of protein, which can be very detrimental for health. So don’t worry about your protein! You are probably getting too much anyway!

Bangkok restaurants alone offer plant-based pizzas, curries, cakes, doughnuts, noodles, hot pot, sushi and so much more!

There is a common misconception that you won’t feel full unless you eat animal products. When you eat animal products, you are filling your stomach with very fat-dense food, so you will quickly get a heavy feeling in your stomach. When you eat plant foods, you are filling your stomach with easily digestible, fibrous foods that are very high in nutrients, keeping you full and well nourished at the same time.

There are plenty of high calcium plant foods that don’t have any health-related risks!

Eating plant-based 10 years ago would have been much more difficult than it is today. But fortunately, plant-based food is now conveniently absolutely everywhere! You don’t need to break your routine to pick up a snack for lunch when the alternatives are just as delicious and healthier for you and the planet.

Whether you are plant-based for religious or non-religious reasons, we believe that anyone eating plant-based is having a positive effect on some part of our planet, eco-system or society.

Phytoestrogens in the human body are relatively weak and can actually bring health benefits, such as a lowered risk of cancer, by ‘blocking’ actual estrogen. Soy has an abundance of health benefits and is a great source of plant-based protein!
